‘We Are The World’ 25th Anniversary re-record in aid of Haiti

In 1985 ‘We Are The World’ was a song that united the globe to help the suffering of a famine stricken Africa.  The cast included megastars of the day such as Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and Bruce Springsteen.  This week stars gathered again to mark the 25th anniversary of the track and to record a new version to help benefit the victims of the Haiti Earthquake. Our very own Jonas Brothers joined  the long list of artists including Celine Dion, Pink, Barbara Streisand, Kanye West, Lionel Richie, Usher, Gladys Knight, Miley Cyrus, The Fray and Jamie Foxx.

All the proceeds from the song will go to Haitian relief efforts and will be shown in 3D during the opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympics on February 12th
